We always end up eating way too much junk over the holidays, and a nice, healthy, low-carb Christmas dinner seemed like the perfect break from the overload of carbs that we normally have! These recipes work for Trim Healthy Mamas and are either Paleo-friendly or can be adapted to Paleo.
