In December (I’ll call it the the month of Sugar & Shame), I felt a little out of control, a little yucky, and more than ready to get back to eating the way I know my body needs to.
I put together a two-week challenge to inspire myself and others to commit to eating at home, eating healthy foods, and getting back on track with Trim Healthy Mama, and now we are ready for Round 2! February’s 2 Week Challenge Menu is SIMPLE & EASY! This is a convenient meal plan full of quick-prep, delicious meals to help you save time in the kitchen. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to succeed!
The last two week challenge was awesome (made better by the Facebook Support Group!), and I lost three pounds! Finally, the scale is moving again!
