May's menu is coming soon, with lots of fresh ingredients, easy time-saving recipes and lots more. Not as many soups, because I think it's wrong to eat soup when it's hot outside. Just kidding. I'm just tired of soup. You can sign up to get updates if you don't want to miss out on the new menu!

  1. These meal plans are so helpful to me! I just found them and I am excited to use them. I have Crohn’s disease and my medicine is preventing me from losing weight. I am hoping that THM will help me out. I know for sure that it will help me feel better because it will be a step up from my current diet. Thanks for providing these menus and shopping lists. They are a big help to me.

    1. I’m so glad you found something helpful here! My daughter has Celiac disease, which to us doesn’t seem nearly as tough as Crohn’s, but I know how these autoimmune diseases can wipe you out! We started THM thinking that even if it didn’t help with weight loss, at least we’d be healthier..but it did both for us, and we love it!
