ONE FULL YEAR of gluten-free printable meal plans, shopping lists, and tons of bonus meal ideas! These meals also fit into the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle. Perfect for busy moms!

What if I told you that you could cross meal planning off of your to-do list for 2017 and beyond? What if you could take the time you normally spend meal planning and do something else, instead? And what if I told you it would cost less than $1.50 per month for a whole year of meal plans and shopping lists with tons of extras?

You can do all of those things, because it's here. I finally finished it. After months and months of getting up early in the morning and staying up late at night and missing outings and feeding my kids pizza (oh, the irony), it's done! 365: One Year of Healthy Meal Plans for Busy Families is completed! These meal plans are healthy and gluten-free. Best of all, you can reuse them – these meal plans aren't dated and can be used beyond 2017! Here's a list of what I've included in this ebook for $17.99:

  • Linked Table of Contents (this means that when you open the PDF, you can go to the Table of Contents and click “March”, for example, and you'll go straight to everything you need to print for March. Or you can choose “Oatmeal Ideas” or any one of the 250+ pages included in this book that has a title in the Table of Contents and go straight to that section of the book. This should make it really easy for you to print everything you need for each month!
  • 12 Monthly Meal Plans (rotating breakfasts and lunches, and 28 to 31 dinners, one for each day of the month) – these meal plans have delicious recipes either linked that you can click on and print, or recipe cards included
  • Weekly and monthly categorized shopping lists for each month
  • Basic prep-ahead instructions to help you save time
  • Over forty simple recipe cards
  • 70 Low-Carb Snack Ideas
  • Oatmeal Ideas
  • Low-Fat Quinoa Ideas
  • Rice Ideas
  • Scrambled Egg Ideas
  • Scrambled Egg White Ideas

PLUS, a bonus set of meal planning sheets for the year:

365: One Year of Healthy Meal Plans for Busy Families

The book is $17.99, which comes out to less than $1.50 per monthly menu – not even counting the bonus meal planning sheets, blank printable calendars, meal ideas, prep ahead sheets, etc!

I am so excited about this, and so glad that it's finally done and available! I kept hearing that I should add various features and I took as many suggestions as I could to make this book as awesome as possible – and at over 250 pages, you know you'll be getting some great meal ideas and meal plans that you can really use!

Wow! A full year of healthy meal plans and shopping lists! All gluten-free, too. I use this for THM, and I've saved tons of time because I don't have to meal plan anymore!

  1. Hi Jen,
I was so excited to order your book and use your generous $5 discount. I got a receipt from Paypal and from you however, I’ve never gotten anything to download. Please advise.

    1. I’m so sorry, Cindy! The system says that you did get the email, so it may have gone into the abyss of emails or spam or something like that. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience! I resent it, so hopefully everything will be squared away now.

  2. Hi Jen, the same thing happened to me. I received the receipt from payapl, but no download. Thanks!

    1. Hi Heather, I think you’re all set now – I don’t know why it did that, but I reset the downloads. I’m really sorry!

  3. Hi! I purchased the book but can’t get it downloaded. It says I have used all of my downloads, but I never even got it open. Can you please help.

    Thanks!

    1. Hi Michelle, I’m so sorry, but I’ve been searching and searching for your order by name and I can’t find it! Do you mind emailing me (workingathomeschool@gmail.com) so I can copy and paste your email address into the system? I’ll try to find it right away as soon as I get that. I’m really sorry!

  4. Jen, thank you so much for the new book and materials! They are going to be very helpful on my family’s THM journey! What a great resource you are providing!

    1. I didn’t want to take away from the hard work of the THM authors, and I also wanted to be very careful not to infringe on their copyright, so the book itself doesn’t have the letters by the meals, even though they are all THM-compliant. But it does have a separate, totally free download that gives the letters for each meal.

  5. Jen, I am so sorry, but I bought the book on December 14th (I have a paypal receipt if you need it), but wanted to download to my tablet instead of the PC on which I bought it, and now I cannot find an email or a link to get it anywhere. Was I supposed to download from the payment page? Or get an email with a link? I am really excited to use it, so thank you so much!

    1. Hi Katie! I searched by your email address, and it looks like it went to the same address but at juno.com? I re-sent it to the email address you used when you commented here. I hope that helps! Thanks!

  6. Hi, I am very intrigued by your book! Meal Planning has bee my most difficult area to get a handle on for years. Every year I think that I will get a handle on it and I don’t! I want to be sure before I spend the money that this plan will suit my needs. Can you tell me the best way to use this? Do you print it out? Is it mostly something that I would use on my tablet and then print off recipes. I guess what I am wondering is how user friendly is it? I like paper copies but will I need to be always going back and forth looking at links of recipes? I have a family of 6 and I have had a very hard time especially with THM breakfasts that everyone likes, will this help? Would it be a huge advantage to purchase this over using some of your free meal plans? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to be sure before I buy. Thanks so much! I look forward to hearing from you…but please at your convenience! God Bless!

    1. Hi Suzanne! Sorry it took a few days for me to get back to you. I’m still recovering from family time at Christmas. 🙂 I would definitely suggest you try one of my free monthly menus here first. It will give you a good idea of the types of meals that are in the book. The book has a monthly menu (31 dinners, 7 breakfasts, and 7 lunches – you repeat the breakfasts and lunches throughout the month. I explain why in the book, but it’s really the best system I’ve found for getting everyone fed without spending a ton of money on breakfast & lunch). When you click on each month in the Table of Contents, it takes you to everything you need for that month – the menu, the shopping lists (weekly or monthly, both are available and you can just print whichever is your preference), the recipe cards used, the prep-ahead sheets (totally optional, but helpful!), etc. I print the shopping lists and keep the rest on my computer, but you can print whatever is most helpful to you. Some of the recipes are linked and would need to be printed, others are in the recipe cards. The best way I’ve used the book is to print what I need before the 1st of the month and keep it in a folder. I clip the monthly menu to the outside of the folder so I know what I’m cooking, and pull the weekly shopping lists out each week. If I’ve already printed the recipes needed, I have everything in one place and it saves a lot of time! I hope it’s pretty user-friendly; I know the linked Table of Contents seems to be really helpful to people. But to find out if your family will like the breakfasts, I’d definitely check out the free stuff first. I don’t have recipes included with the free menus, but you can still get a better idea of what the book is like. 🙂

  7. Jen, I purchased your 365 ebook and not sure what happened but t can’t find it to download the information. I did get the menu planner and January menu printed. But I don’t know what happened to the rest. Can you resend this please. Thanks

    1. Hi Patricia! I did re-send it, but if you got January printed, maybe the rest of the book just didn’t have a chance to download? Please let me know if you have any other issues!

  8. Hi thank you for all your hard work on this book. I’m new to the THM world and I’m really trying to figure it all out. Is there any quick sheet that says what each meal is? S, E, XO or FP?

    Thank you!

    1. Hi Tricia! Yes, there’s a free download that gives the THM letter for each meal. All of the meals are THM-compatible. 🙂

  9. Hi Jen! I’ve used your plans for a few months now and I love them. I was so excited to get this new ebook! However, we just moved and I don’t have access to the email with the link to download. Would it be possible to send it to a different email instead? I’ve put our old email below so you can find the purchase. And is there a way I could private message it to you?
    Thanks!

  10. Hello

I have bought the down load and I have the various lists and links but not the recipe card, just the xcell lists. What have I done wrong?
