I had a new list of family favorites that haven't made an appearance in any of my menus, so it's time for them to make their debut! If you're as busy as I am, this Trim Healthy Mama menu plan and printable shopping list (PLUS a bonus page of snack ideas!) will help you save some time!

This Trim Healthy Mama Menu Plan includes all of the “normal” meals that my family loves to eat. It's all healthy, all delicious, and most of the recipes are quick and easy. I've included my notes to make sure you  can make these meals as quickly and as easily as possible! 

I also included some FP meals because I often forget those, and I need them! I've noticed that since I've been including more and more FP meals, I've been losing more and more weight. 

Going Off-Plan

I noticed that nearly every time I go off-plan it's because I don't have a plan. Making a really great THM Meal Plan makes a huge, huge difference for me. If I know what I'm planning to eat, and I know that I'm going to enjoy it, I'm not nearly as likely to cheat.

    1. Hi Keri! You can sign up for that new menu at the bottom of the post. Or I have a bunch read to download if you click “Meal Planning and Menus” all the way at the very top of the page.

  2. can you buy the actual book for 365 days of meals. I like that much better than having to go to the digital every time I want to look something up. My computer is upstairs and I babysit so its not practical for me to get on it all the time. please have a real copy of the book. Linda Lutz

    1. You can just print it out, and put it in a 3 ring binder. Makes it so much easier! I hate e books also!

  3. Hi! I signed up and received my email. When I go to print, it prints a huge, black square over the face of the pages. Any ideas? I am on a Mac. I saved it as it, then converted to PDF to see if that helps. Thanks for any help!
